The waitress appeared high or drunk and showed sign’s of tardiness. I visited the red lobster location in Harlem on 10/23/22Īnd the service was terrible. This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. It just seems sad that no one is concerned about giving a good eating experience to the customer any more. The manager had no clue how to run a restaurant. Our waiter was a young man and worked hard, but there seemed to be failure in the kitchen getting the food made and to the table. It seemed there was no concern about customer service at all. What happened to good customer service and doing a great job. I spoke to the manager at the Red Lobster #6208 3706 north 98 Lakeland, Florida 33809 It was obvious that he really did not care that a customer was upset, or that I was going to give them a bad review. That was a total time of 2 hours and 25 minutes to get our dinner. By the time we were brought all our meal and finished, it was 5:45pm. Other tables were being served regularly. This is completely unacceptable time frame to wait. We waited and waited and did not receive our dinner until 4:35pm. we received our salads and biscuits about 30 minutes later. Our waiter took our drink orders, came back 5 minutes later and took our dinner orders. The manager apologized and sat us at a different table across the restaurant. We got up and walked to the front and asked for a manager. We sat 20 minutes and waited and not one person came to our table to greet us, to say they would be right with us, nothing.
